A graduate of Mountain State School of Massage (October 2012), she brings over a decade of experience to her practice, blending intuitive care with advanced training to create a grounding, restorative experience for every client. Sara is certified in Ashiatsu, cupping, aromatherapy, and hot stone therapy, thoughtfully incorporating these modalities into her sessions to support full-body balance and relief. Her approach is slow, intentional, and nurturing—focusing on releasing tension, calming the nervous system, and inviting the body back into a state of ease. As a licensed aesthetician for eight years and a master lash artist, Sara has spent years refining her eye for detail and client care. She is now intentionally shifting her focus back to her original passion and modalities of massage, bringing a renewed sense of presence and purpose to her bodywork practice.
